My experience spans software and mobile delivery, vendor and budget management, ERP and CRM implementation, digital transformation, Microsoft 365 and Power Platform workflows, Agile ways of working, and business intelligence reporting.

In 2026 I founded Frey Synexis Ltd. to help organisations make better decisions about how work should be structured, automated, and supported by technology. The approach is technology-agnostic: understand the problem first, design the operating model, and only then select or build the tool.

I hold the Project Management Professional (PMP) and Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM) certifications. My working principle is straightforward: make work visible enough to manage, keep governance proportional, and build practical systems that reduce manual administration.
