Frey Synexis was established to provide practical support where delivery problems, operational processes, and technology decisions overlap. The work starts with understanding the organisation's actual operating needs rather than beginning with a preferred software product.

My consulting work covers project delivery coaching, delivery framework design, CRM and ERP implementation support, business automation, and AI-assisted process improvement. The aim is to reduce manual administration, improve decision quality, and create tools that remain useful in daily operations.
