Senior Project Manager

My responsibilities covered strategic project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, vendor management, and delivery control. I assembled delivery teams, managed contracts and finances, and mediated between business stakeholders and technical contributors.

I also worked as a business analyst and Agile delivery lead: identifying business needs, documenting requirements, mapping processes, maintaining delivery rituals, and ensuring that solutions met both functional and business goals.

A recurring part of the role was operational development. I introduced and refined project management protocols, frameworks, processes, and automations to improve stability, accountability, and visibility across the project organisation.
