Work with me
Five ways I work with teams. All of them happen inside your real delivery environment, on your real backlog, with the people who actually own the work.

Not ready for a workshop?
Ask for the Delivery Visibility Checklist first. It helps you test whether your problem is ownership, decisions, blockers, cadence, or reporting before you commit to a session.

Delivery Rescue Session
Two hours. One real delivery problem. A plan the owner can use immediately.
We work through what is actually in flight, who owns it, what is blocked, and which decisions are waiting. Out the other side: named owners, named dates, and a one-page operating plan. Not a report.
Best for: A specific project, backlog, or handover that is slipping and nobody can say exactly why.
02
Team Delivery Reset Workshop
Half a day. The delivery team. A reset of cadence, hand-offs, and reporting.
For teams stuck in fake-progress reporting, unclear hand-offs, and meetings that have stopped working. We rebuild the cadence — what is reported, to whom, when, and what triggers action.
Best for: A team that has grown into the work but never updated its operating model.
03
Operating Model Reset
One to two days. The wider system behind the team, not just the symptoms.
For larger delivery problems where roles, decision rights, reporting, risk, and tooling all need to be brought into one working model. The output is a practical operating system for how work moves, gets decided, and gets measured.
Best for: A function or programme where recurring delivery pain is now a management problem.
04
Product Owner Coaching
Practical 1:1 coaching for junior and mid-level Product Owners.
Briefs developers can actually use. Backlogs that decide things. Estimation as discovery. Stakeholder conversations that close decisions instead of opening them. Weekly sessions, real artefacts.
Best for: A PO who has the title but was never given the operating tools.
05
Digital Operations Design
Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SharePoint — but only after the operating model.
We define the decisions the system should support before we touch a Power App. The result is a small, supportable digital operation — not another tool nobody owns.
Best for: An operator or founder whose spreadsheet has quietly become the business.
