At AppSolution, I managed application development projects with a focus on clearer planning, stronger stakeholder communication, and more adaptive delivery practices.

I estimated and mapped project specifications with the delivery team, facilitated discovery meetings, and balanced scope against available resources. I developed project charters, presented delivered features to sponsors, and coordinated change requests, defects, and support work.

The organisation was using waterfall delivery when I joined. I coached the team toward Agile methods and introduced a more structured task-management framework for a five-person delivery team working on cross-platform applications.
