ERP Implementation Manager

I led the analysis and implementation work required to integrate an ERP system into the company's day-to-day operations.

The assignment began with mapping project delivery, logistics, customer relationship management, inventory, and sales processes. The objective was to identify where digitisation and automation could reduce operational friction.

I researched ERP solutions, compared system capabilities with the mapped processes, and balanced functional requirements against implementation and maintenance constraints. I also facilitated workshops and supported stakeholders as they adapted to the new digital operating framework.
